In 1997, Dr. Fletcher Brothers traveled to the Chernobyl Zone in Ukraine. He found countless abandoned children dying from exposure and starvation.
No one was there to help them. The incident at Chernobyl had become a memory and everyone had left. There was no aid and the children were suffering and dying. Something had to be done, and quickly!
Operation Mercy was founded to help the orphans of the Chernobyl Zone.
OperationMercy provides…
- Food, clothing, and medicines for children, the elderly, and poor families
- Child and Teen rescue
- Dental and Medical teams
- Humanitarian Aid containers
- Orphanage heating, maintenance, and construction projects
- Livestock and agricultural projects
- Public School outreach
- Street outreach
- Summer outreach teams
- Partner mission tours to visit Ukraine, and our orphans
The time is now to help those in need. Please call us at 1800-VICTORY and speak to the Operation Mercy Coordinator and see how you can help. There are so many ways you can help by donating clothing, money, and whatever expertise you have the donating of your time is also greatly appreciated. Volunteers are always welcome. Every moment counts please do all you can.
Thank you.
